Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: Application No. 19/23/00009: Land North of, Butterwell Farm, Chilton Drove, Chilton Polden, Bridgwater, TA7 9ED. Covered storage with no substantial foundations one tubular scaffold timber clad, the tractor store a concrete sectional garage. This application is of public interest Application No. 41/23/00011: Land to the West of, White House Rhyne, White House Road, Pawlett, Bridgwater, Change of use of land & conversion of an existing sited wooden boat for use by a Community Interest Company for a Community Interest Project This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 37/23/00098: Petherton Park Farm, Petherton Park, Petherton Park Lane, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA7 0DT. Variation of Condition 5 of Planning Permission 37/21/00088 (Existing use of outbuildng as ancillary accommodation & the proposed erection of a single storey extension to the rear (North) elevation & minor alterations) to allow for the rewording of Condition 5. This application may affect the setting of a listed building & the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 08/23/00335: Land to The Rear Of, 45 - 53 Halesleigh Road & To the North Of, Wembdon Road, Bridgwater, TA6 7DW. Demolition of existing garaging & stores, erection of 7no. dwellings with the formation of access, turning & parking. This development is on a site adjoining a Conservation Area & may affect its character. Application No. 08/23/00343:12 High Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3BH. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/17/00166 (Change of use of first & second floor from retail (Use Class Al) to 3no. dwellings (Use Class C3)) to amend approved plans listed in schedule A & to discharge conditions 3,4, 5 & 6. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 26/12/2023.
