NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following application

1) Change of Use from Nursing home (C2) to Dwellinghouse (C3)

at Longwall Crayburne Southfleet (Application Ref. No. DA23/01351/COU)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a building listed as being of special architectural or historical interest. 

2) Display of advertisements to replace 1No. Projecting signage with new 500mm (internally illuminated), 1No. fascia and logo with new blue fascia (internally illuminated), replace 1No. ATM surround (internally illuminated) and decals with new, replace 1No. Statutory signage with new and replace safety manifestation with new at Nationwide 7 - 9 Hythe Street Dartford

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/23/01361/ADV).
