2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE C) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given of a planning application for the Part demolition of existing buildings and conversion of Albany House to provide 47 flats and 7 commercial units at Albany House and the Former Hillside Centre Site, Leigh Street, High Wycombe HP11 2QU. A copy of the application documents, including a site plan of the land affected, may be inspected at Buckinghamshire Council, High Wycombe Local Area Office, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 1BB.
Any owner or tenant of the land affected who wishes to make representations must send representations to Buckinghamshire Council, within 21 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Statement of the owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect the owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
