Notice is hereby given that Cemex UK Operations Ltd is applying for planning permission for Creation of temporary infill reception facility and formation of internal haul road and ancillary works, for the period of infill and restoration operations. Members of the public may inspect copies of, the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at www.buckscc.gov.uk/planningapplications or in person at New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA during normal office hours or online at https://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries. Reason for Advert: It is a major development; It would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
