Catesby Estates obtained outline planning permission for up to 100 new homes & public open space on land at Rascals Farm, Southwater in 2021.
We are now looking to submit a Reserved Matters (RM) application to Horsham District Council, which will contain more detail on layout, scale, appearance & landscaping.
