Application Number: IP/2023/0585/FUL Proposal: Change of use of from vacant retail warehouse (Class E) to a vehicle showroom with ancillary valeting/MOT workshop (Sui Generis) with associated external alterations. Applicant: Acorn Group Location: Former Bargain Buys, Lowe Street St Helens, WA10 2QS
