Stevenage Borough Council: Brownfield Land Register Sites for future housing development

Stevenage Borough Council Is currently updating Its Brownfield Land Register. As such, we are looking for previously developed sites that have the potential to be redeveloped to accommodate new homes, within the Borough Boundary.

If you are a landowner or a prospective developer and/or you know of any sites that you think could be developed for residential use, we would like to hear from you. Sites must have been developed previously (not parkland, fields or gardens) and must be large enough to accommodate at least 5 new homes. The deadline for suggestions is 29 January 2024. Please contact the Planning Policy Team on 01438 242865 or planningpolicy@stevenage.gov.uk to obtain a site submission form, or forms can be downloaded from the website, which also provides further details: http://www.stevenage.gov.uk/149690/planning-policy/189023/. We look forward to hearing from you.
