The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application Application No: 2023/01226/FULM Application Type: Full Planning (Major) Location: Thelwall Grange Nursing Home Weaste Lane, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington WA4 3JJ Proposal: Partial demolition and subsequent conversion of vacant care home to provide 8 no. dwelling and proposed 10 no. dwellings, with access, landscaping and associated works Applicant: Nicholas Ryan Projects

Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2023/01346/FULH Application Type: Full Planning - Householder Location: 41 Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington WA4 2AR Proposal: Proposed single-storey rear extension and 2-storey side extension along with internal remodelling. A proposed single-storey annexe on the site of an existing garage. Applicant: Mike Tomlisson
