Disposal of Public Open Space and Disposal of Charity Land
Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council, as trustee for the Fanny Shaw Playing Field, proposes to dispose of 1,820 m2 or thereabouts of land at Fanny Shaw Playing Field, Cromford Road, Wirksworth, Matlock by way of lease for a term of 25 years to Wirksworth Regeneration
and Development C.I.C. (Company Number No 04657401).
Full details of this proposal together with the plan are available for inspection at the address below or online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk.
Any representation or objections to either of this proposal must be made in writing and addressed to Director of Corporate and Customer Services at: Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 3NN.
