Pre-Application Consultation.
Take notice that Mactaggart Mickel Group Ltd
propose to submit an application for planning permission to Falkirk Council in respect of proposed development at Carrongrove, Stoneywood, Denny, Falkirk, comprising of residential development, and associated works.
The first public consultation event will be held on the 12th December 2023 between 15.00 and 19.00 hours at Denny YMCA, 43 W Boreland Rd, Denny FK6 6PA where members of the project team will be in attendance to answer any questions. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so in writing to the applicant’s agent no later than the 5th January, 2024.
A further public consultation event will take place on 13th February 2024 between 15.00 and 19.00.
This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Falkirk Council.
Comments made to the applicants are not representations to the planning authority; there will be an opportunity to make formal representation to the Council once the planning application is submitted.
