Notice of the confirmation of an Article 4(1) Direction (Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 applying to 1073 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE4 6AR
The Immediate Direction made under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (on the 22nd of May) to withdraw the ‘permitted development’ right of development within Part 1 and Part 11 Class C of Schedule 2 to the Order has been confirmed on the 16th of November 2023. The Direction was made permanent by the delegated powers of the Executive Director of Place and Economy after assent by the Planning and Environment Committee on 17th of October 2023.
This Direction is made under article 4(1) of the said Order and, in accordance with paragraphs 2(5) and 2(6) of Schedule 3, and has been confirmed by PCC in accordance with paragraphs 1(9) and 1(10) of Schedule 3 before the end of the six-month period.
The effect of the Direction shall be to require a planning application to be made to Peterborough City Council, for development within Part 1 (development within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse) of Schedule 2 and any building operation consisting of the demolition of a building, being development comprised within Part 11 Class B (demolition) of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class. The applications may be inspected online at www.peterborough.gov.uk/publicaccess.
