NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the following application has been submitted to Crawley Borough Council for permission.

Applicant: Kent and Dartford Estates Ltd

Location: 42-46 THE BROADWAY, NORTHGATE,  CRAWLEY, RH10 1HG

Proposed Development: FULL PLANNING PERMISSION  IS SOUGHT FOR EXTERNAL ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING BUILDING, INCLUDING THE CREATION OF AN ENCLOSED REAR STAIRWELL ACCESS AND  ROOF TERRACE, AS WELL AS THE INSERTION OF WINDOWS AND DOORS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LIGHT AND ACCESS TO EXTERNAL AMENITY AREAS.
