What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is given that an application is being made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to obtain planning permission for:

Location: Gascoigne Energy Centre, Braid Court/Beckett Court, Barking, IG11 7PR

Proposal: Removal of 15no. PV panels at roof level to accommodate 2no. x dry air coolers with pipework connections, new maintenance access in the form of a CAT ladder, and addition of new ventilation louvre and oil fill cabinet on the facade.

Be First, a wholly Council owned company, is processing planning applications on behalf of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice by e-mailing the Planning Team planning@befirst.london, or writing to Be First, 5th Floor, MAKE IT, 15 Linton Road, Barking, IG11 8HE.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect the agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
