NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 Proposed development at: Burcombe Farm Wiggaton Ottery St Mary EX11 1PU I give notice that Mr Oliver Ryall is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/0493/FUL
Proposed change of use/renovation of brick farm building to create residential accommodation.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
