The County of Cornwall (Road From Callington Road To
New Houses, Harrowbarrow) (Temporary Prohibition of
Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has
made the above Order dated 27th November 2023 in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow. This
prohibition is necessary for wall repair works and it is
expected that the closure will be from llth December
2023 to llth January 2024. The prohibition will be in
force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Callington Road To New
Houses, Harrowbarrow between grid references SX
4ll67:68444 and SX 41248:68345.

The County of Cornwall (Golberdon Road, Pensilva)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 27th November 2023 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984
to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned length of road in Pensilva. This
prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and
it is expected that the closure will be from 12th December
2023, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Golberdon Road, Pensilva between grid
reference SX 31925:70927 and property named Hillside.

The County of Cornwall (Talland Hill, Polperro)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has
made the above Order dated 27th November 2023
in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the
RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of
the undermentioned length of road in Polperro. This
prohibition is necessary for safe works for Openreach
for new provision of service and it is expected that the
closure will be from 14th December 2023, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of
0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected -Talland Hill, Polperro between property
named Sea Wards and the junction of Fore Street.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 26th November 2023 in exercise
of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984
to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway
being Plaidy Lane, East Looe between grid reference
SX 26239:53729 and property named Raven Rock. The
Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
emergency works are being executed on or near the
highway to clear landslip.
The Order will come into operation on 27th November
2023 and the works are expected to be completed by the
8th December 2023.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends
included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public
safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984
from the 6th November 2023 for a period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.
