Class 4, 5 & 6 Development, Ravenscraig, North Lanarkshire
Community Consultation
Fusion Assets are proposing a major planning application for the development of units suitable for Class 4, 5 & 6 uses, drainage (part retrospective), landscape works, access and associated development on land west of Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, New Craig Road, Motherwell, North Lanarkshire.
In order to share information on the proposals and gather community views, two community consultation events will be held at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, 1 O'Donnell Way, Wishaw, Motherwell, ML1 2TZ, on the following dates:
Tuesday 12th December 2023 between 14:00 and 18:30
Tuesday 6th February 2024 between 14:00 and 18:30
Project information will be available to view and comment upon with the design team in
attendance. All consultation information can also be accessed via www.ironsidefarrar.com/ravenscraig.html .
Comments can be made by email (nikki.mcauley@ironsidefarrar.com), by phone (0131 550 6500, Mon – Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm) or by post (FAO Nikki McAuley, Ironside Farrar Ltd, 111 McDonald Road, Edinburgh, EH7 4NW). Comments should be received no later than Friday 5th January 2024.
Comments made are not official representations to the planning authority but will be recorded in a
report to the Council. Once a planning application is submitted there will be a further formal opportunity to comment to North Lanarkshire Council’s Planning Service.
