The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning applications which are located within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane.
A/23/96350/FULL Cherry Gardens Hotel 263 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2NT. Replacement of existing timber single frame windows with upvc double glazed windows.
A/23/96012/HH Douglas Bank Stables Hall Lane Wigan WN1 2SE. Erection of new 1.38 m high retaining wall and fence following removal of existing together with extension of existing hardstanding area for additional parking.
The planning applications have been made to Wigan Council for the above proposals, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
