CA/23/02167: Wincheap Park And Ride, Ten Perch Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3TQ Construction of new Eastbound slip road, associated reconfiguration of Ten Perch Road and the Ten Perch Road/A28 junction, modification of a footpath and cycle route, ground re-profiling, surface water, lighting and landscaping. Applicant: Barratt David Wilson Homes Reason: Major development.

CA/23/02133: 105 Central Parade, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5JL Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including two-storey attached garage following demolition of existing garage. Applicant: Mr John Dyke Reason: Work to a listed building.

CA/23/02175: 20 Sydenham Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1HW Two-storey rear extension together with rear dormer. Applicant: Ms Karen O’Connor Reason: Conservation area.

CA/23/01929: 15-16 Longport, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1PE Application for listed building consent for removal of external staircase to rear, relocation of ventilation units, together with internal alterations, reinstatement of window and door to front, re-siting of fire exit and addition of two windows to rear, reinstatement of window and door to front, re-siting of fire exit and addition of two windows to rear.
