The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area.

PL/23/3689/FA Affects setting of LB

The Hermitage, Jenkins Lane, St Leonards Replacement of existing hedge to front boundary, new front wall and widening of front driveway gates.

PL/23/3650/FA CA & affects setting of LB

Unit 2, Stones Courtyard, High Street, Chesham Two rear dormer windows, three rooflights and ten new windows.

PL/23/3620/FA & PL/23/3621/HB LB

12 Blackwell Hall Cottage, Latimer Road, Chesham Single storey rear extension and first floor side extension, following demolition of existing rear extension.

PL/23/3679/FA Affects setting of LB

The Cottage, Little Kingshill Grange, Windsor Lane, Little Kingshill Construction of detached ancillary residential outbuilding.

Comments received on applications are public documents. They must be received within 21 days of the date of this publication, either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
