1. 23/01231/FUL. Applicant: Aston Transitional Care Ltd. Proposed development/works: Change of use from existing 12 bedroom HMO (Sui Generis) to residential assisted living facility for three adults with learning difficulties (Use Class C3b), comprising three living units with shared communal meeting/office facility. Proposed development/works: External changes to the building; alterations to the arrangement of the external parking and service area; the siting of a washbay; installation of electric vehicle chargers; external chimneys and associated works at Former Wolverhampton Gas Holder Station Site, University of Wolverhampton Science Park, Mammoth Drive, Wolverhampton. 1. & 2.  23/01128/FUL. Applicant: Sherborne Paper Ltd and Stoford Properties Ltd. Proposed development/ works: Extension to existing production/warehouse facility and erection of new warehouse facility (Use Class B2/B8) with ancillary offices (Class E (g)(i)); formation of new access, car parking, landscaping and all ancillary works at Task Consumer Products Ltd including Former Fablink Site and Land at rear Citygate Park, Stafford Road, WV10 7FG. 

2. Major Application. 23/01197/FUL. Applicant: City of Wolverhampton Council. Proposed development/ works: Redevelopment of Bilston Market, including a replacement 1450 sqm outdoor market canopy, upgrade and refurbishment of admin building, entrance to indoor market, public realm, car parks, access, landscaping and associated ancillary works. Addition of 12m high beacon in public park at Bilston Retail Market, Market Way, WV14 0DR. 

2. Major Application. 23/01227/FUL. Applicant: Aviva Life & Pensions UK Ltd. Proposed development/works: Minor material amendment to vary condition 6 of 22/00446/RC. The proposal is to allow 228 sq of food retail space within Unit C4 at Unit C, Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Bentley Bridge, WV11 1BP.
