I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/23/01158/F Convert one dwelling house to 2 flats, with revised entrance to ground floor flat, erect rear extension and balcony and create one additional car park space. 93 Blandford Road.
APP/23/01228/F Partial demolition of the garage, erect new side elevation walling, sever land and erect 2 detached houses with associated car parking (revised scheme). 4 Burton Road.
APP/23/01237/F The erection of a rear single storey flat roof extension. 19 Skinner Street, Poole.
APP/23/01278/F Demolition of existing single storey extension, erection of small single storey rear extensions, formation of a new porch and entrance and insertion of Velux windows to the rear of the existing dwelling, erection of raised patio at the rear. Partial demolition, extensions and alterations to outbuilding, altered driveway layout. Upwood Manor, Bury Road.

APP/23/01300/F Proposed external seating area to replace existing seating area. Bricklayers Arms, 41 Parr Street.
APP/23/01250/F Change of Use of land for the stationing of 99 static lodge caravans for permanent residential occupation: Application for Variation of Condition 2 of APP/17/01564/C (plans list) to vary the layout of residential units on the site. Merley Court Touring Park, Merley House Lane.
APP/23/01247/F Demolition of the existing dwelling and the erection of a 3 storey block of 14no. flats with basement car parking and new vehicular access from Western Road (closure of existing access off Oratory Gardens). 6 Oratory Gardens. APP/23/01266/F Alterations and extensions to block of flats to form 10 additional flats with ancillary cycle and bin stores at Firgrove Court, 61 Bournemouth Road, Poole, BH14 0EP.
Application for Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission APP/23/00028/F as described in that Description of Development to revise the list of approved plans to reflect the practical requirements as the design is developed in more detail. Many of these are internal and do not affect the external appearance of the proposed development. The changes that are visible from outside of the building are in respect of the fenestration, where the position of windows and doors varies slightly form those that have been approved. The changes to the external envelope of the proposed extension to Block A is at the second-floor level, where the central area of the wall will protrude out by 0.7 metres over a 10-metre distance.
