What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
23/1324/FH - Land Rear of Rhodes House, Sellindge TN25 6GJ - Full planning application for Phase 1b and Phase 2 of Grove Park, comprising 148 homes (including affordable housing and 24 Self Build Plots) with associated access, parking, and landscaping.
23/1734/FH - Kings Arms, The Square, Elham, CT4 6TJ - Retrospective planning application for works to raise the ground levels in the existing garden
23/1755/FH - Honeywood Farm, Honey Wood Lane, Newchurch, Ashford,TN25 7LD - Listed building consent for replacement tiling & reposition of sash windows to the front (south) façade & replacement of gutters and downpipes
23/1730/FH - 19 Rampart Road, Hythe, CT21 5BG - Conversion of the ground floor to a two bed self contained flat and first and second floor including loft conversion to a three bed maisonette. Single storey rear extension
23/1753/FH - Land Adjoining 5 Spring Terrace, Spring Terrace, Folkestone, CT20 1JH - Construction of 2No 3 storey dwellings to include bin storage and amenity space
23/1676/FH - Flat 4 , 30 Earls Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2HE - Replace and upgrade two windows in the dormers of top floor flat (2nd & 3rd floor).
23/1670/FH - St Johns Hospital, 150 High Street, Hythe, CT21 5JU - Installation of new wall mounted commemorative plaque

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
