The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre
A/23/96282/CU 1 Railway Road Leigh WN7 4AB. Change of use of the building from former bank (Class E) to a place of worship/community facility (Class F). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
