Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1571/FUL/AKA: 2 Cranbome Road, Potters Bar, EN6 3AH. Construction of 2 semi-detached 2-bed dwellings on land adjacent to 2 Cranborne Road to include parking facilities. Resubmission of previously approved application reference 19/1887/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.

23/1579/HSE/CE: Chestnut Cottage, 32 Bentley Heath Lane, Bentley Heath, Barnet, EN5 4RY. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include 1 front and 2 rear dormer windows. Reason: Conservation Area.

23/1549/HSE/HHO: 3 Oakroyd Close, Potters Bar, EN6 2EW. Installation of replacement doors to front of existing garage to include new internal insulation. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
