What is planned?
Notice Is Hereby Given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Sainsburys, Redding Way, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0902/DR: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 5 (no concessions), 23 (size and position of concessions) and 25 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2023/0527 dated 12.09.2023 (Previous Section 73 applications are PLAN/2023/0076, PLAN/2021/0978, PLAN/2016/1451 and PLAN/2014/1388 to original permission ref: PLAN/2011/0160 (Proposed extensions to Sainsbury's store)) to allow the provision of the opticians concession (previously approved) at first floor level and to allow the in-store Sainsbury's cafe to be operated as a different concession.
NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations.
