23/02023/FUL - Pier Point 12 Marine Walk Sunderland. Grandpa Dickies Shed is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from restaurant to mixed use restaurant / cafe / drinking establishment (retrospective). This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Roker pier and lighthouse with railings and part of promenade, which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
23/01576/FUL - Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Limited Washington Road Usworth Sunderland SR5 3NS. Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of building to the south elevation of the On-Site Warehouse (OSW).
23/01577/FUL - Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Limited Washington Road Usworth Sunderland SR5 3NS. Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of building to the south elevation of Trim & Chassis (GD1A).
Copies of the applications and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
