Reason for Advertising - Conservation Area 23/01019/VARM - 99 St Albans Road, Watford Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 17/01104/FULM for the redevelopment of the former Lloyds Bank site, with the retention of the front façade of the bank building to provide a mixed use scheme four storey extension on the roof for 14 residential units 12 x 1-bedroom flats and two 2-bedroom flats on the first to fourth floor (Class C3) and retail units (Class A1 and/or A2 and/or A3 uses,) on the ground floor, with associated cycle parking, car parking, and public realm improvements. Replacement of cladding with brickwork, fenestration changes and increase in height of building by 480mm.
