Notice is given that Weston Homes PLC is applying to the Secretary of State for Erection of 40no. dwellings, including open space landscaping and associated infrastructure. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20230027-warish-hall-farm-smiths-green-lane-takeley-essex-cm22-6nz and at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
