THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

(ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

3. The application is for a Major Development;

Reason 1 Construction of a detached garden room to rear.

Reason 1 Formation of additional parking area to the front.

MC/23/2444 Court Lodge Farm, The Street, Stoke, Rochester

Reason 2 Construction of an agricultural building and extended external yard area.

MC/23/2173 Upnor Castle, High Street, Upnor, Rochester

Reason 2 Listed Building Consent for repair to plaster falling from the masonry wall above the doorway on the first floor of the Barrack Block. The brickwork at the springing of the archway above the door has failed and has started to fall out. Investigation and rectification is required.

Gillingham, Medway

Reason 3 Application for the approval of Reserved matters being Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale for 46 residential dwellings (including affordable homes), and associated open space and landscaping and discharge of Conditions 21 and 29 pursuant to Outline planning permission
