Purpose of this notice: this notice comprises a formal request for a pre-application consultation response under article 2D of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

Proposed development at Land North of Bronwylfa Road, Rhostyllen, Wrexham

I give notice that Innova Renewables Developments is intending to apply for planning permission: for the installation and operation of an Energy Storage System (ESS) including energy storage units, substation, site access, cable connection, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure. You may inspect draft copies of:

- the proposed application

- the plans; and

- other supporting documents
