NOTICE OF MADE TREE PRESERVATION ORDER
SDNP/TPO/00008 - LAND TO THE WEST OF SMUGGLERS CLOSE, ALFRISTON, EAST SUSSEX
Notice is given that on 09 November 2023 South Downs National Park Authority made the above Tree Preservation Order under The Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012 .
The Order took effect on a provisional basis on 09 November 2023. It will continue in force on this basis for a further 6 months or until the Authority confirms the Order, whichever occurs first. Any objection or representation should be made in writing to planning@southdowns.gov.uk by 15 December 2023.
To be valid, any representations must comply with Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012. All valid objections or representations will be considered before the Authority decides whether to confirm the Order, and whether any modifications are appropriate.
