Proposal: Proposed new two storey car park (409 spaces), provision of 3G sports pitch, site access and associated ancillary works including removal of dilapidated changing rooms building (resubmission of previous application referenced 63/2016/ 17523 withdrawn 08 August 2019) for Dalesway Construction Ltd Location: Land Adjacent To Carleton New Road Skipton North Yorkshire BD23 2AZ Reason(s): Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. Is a Major Development proposal.

Application No: ZA23/25451/FUL. Proposal: Proposed alternative access for Mr Mastab Ali Location: 27 Keighley Road Skipton BD23 2LU Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
