NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the Council, as the Local Planning Authority, for the following:-

Change of use from public house (Sui Generis) to commercial unit (Class E) and 12-bedroom house in multiple occupation (Sui Generis) to include external alterations, construction of roof extension to front roof slope, construction of first floor rear extension (with accommodation in roof space) above existing ground floor projections and associated works (Conservation Area)
