EDC/23/0114 – Alkerden (Parcel 5B) Eastern Quarry Watling Street, Swanscombe Kent
Reserved Matters application (details relating to access, appearance,
landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to condition 2 and 25 of outline
planning permission EDC/17/0048 for 162 dwellings and associated
car parking, landscaping and infrastructure (including a section of the
Alkerden Primary West spine road), together with submission of details
relating to noise assessment (condition 28).
