Creamery, Nettlebed High
Street, Henley-on-Thames,
Oxon, RG9 5DA
NOTICE is given that
Nettlebed Creamery
has applied to South
Oxfordshire District Council
for a Premises Licence
under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable
activities are:
To sell alcohol from our
Produce Shop to be consumed off site only. 
Between the hours of
8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
On the following days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
Saturday, Sunday.
 Anyone who wishes
to make representations
regarding this application
must give notice in writing
to: Licensing Team, South
Oxfordshire District Council,
Abbey House, Abbey
Close, Abingdon, OX14
3JE or email to licensing@
southoxon.gov.uk
 Representations must be
received by 7th December
2023.
 The application record
may be viewed during
normal offi ce hours at the
above address, or on the
Council’s website at www.
southoxon.gov.uk

 It is an offence under
Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or
recklessly to make a false
statement in connectionss
with an application. The
maximum fi ne for which a
person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is
level 5 on the standard scale
(unlimited amount).
