NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AND PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:
Application Number: P/2023/0624/FUL
Proposal: Partial change of use of agricultural land to residential garden along with new vehicular access to the highway with associated boundary wall and hardstanding and the construction of 3no detached outbuildings comprising of a potting shed, garage and summerhouse
Applicant: Mrs T Cornforth
Location: 1 Maggots Nook Road, Rainford, St Helens, WA11 8PJ
The development does not accord with the development plan in force in the area.
