PROPOSAL Outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except for access) for a severable and phased development to provide new homes (Use Class C3) and non-residential floorspace comprising flexible commercial and community uses (Use Class E), as well as land for potential primary education (Use Class F1) and other associated infrastructure.

LOCATION Land At West Cheltenham Northern Parcel South Old Gloucester Road Cheltenham Gloucestershire

I give notice that HBD X Factory Limited are applying to Cheltenham Borough Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

Members of the public may view the application, the plans, the environmental statement, and other documents submitted with the application during normal office hours in the main reception, MUNICIPAL OFFICES, CHELTENHAM or viewed and commented on, online at www.cheltenham.gov.uk/publicaccess during the period of 30 days, beginning with the publication date of this notice. Alternatively free access to the internet can be booked at your local library.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Hgh Consulting, 45 Welbeck Street London W1G 8DZE at a cost of £500. Electronic copies in the form of PDF’s can be requested from Hgh Consulting free of charge.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should make them, in writing, within that period to Planning, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 9SA, or online at www.cheltenham.gov.uk/publicaccess. All representations will be published on our website. We are unable to provide individual responses to comments, but you may track the progress of the application online.

In the event of any appeal, any representations will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and to the appellant unless you ask us not to do this.
