I give notice that De Montalt Life Sciences Limited jointly with Mr Tom Allen-Stevens, Ms Cheryl Allen-Stevens, Frobisher (Wicklesham) Ltd, The Engine House, De Montalt Mill, Summer Lane, Bath, Wilts, BA2 7EU is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Outline flexible planning application for a total of up to 42,286 sq m GIA of commercial floorspace for Use Classes E(g) i (offices); and/or, E(g)(ii) (research and development); and/or, E(g)(ii) (light industrial); and/ or B2 (general industrial); and/or B8 (storage and distribution) and ancillary uses. All matters reserved for future determination except for access at Former Wicklesham Quarry, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7PH.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially.
