I give notice that the Director of Property is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the construction of the initial approximately 160 m stretch of link road from the junction of Hollis Lane and Spa Lane, the works will include; the realignment of the Spa Lane/Hollis Lane junction, new pedestrian crossings and a shared foot/cycleway along the eastern boundary of the carriageway, demolition of the buildings associated with the former Jewson's builders merchants and associated works. The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Chesterfield Borough Council Planning Department, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP (available online at Planning applications (chesterfield.gov.uk)) during all reasonable hours until 07 December 2023.
