Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at 13 East Mains of Ingliston, Ingliston Road, Edinburgh for hotel
development of approximately 240 rooms across range of sizes / products. Proposal includes
landscaping, associated car parking, servicing, access and ancillary development. A 2nd consultation event will be held by Northland Properties and Sandman Hotels at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh, EH28 8NB on 29th November 2023 between 2pm to 6pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to City of Edinburgh Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to City of Edinburgh Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
