I give notice that Mr & Mrs Clinch is applying to East Devon District Council for
planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/2262/VAR
Removal of occupancy condition no.2 of permission ref: 7/39/02/P1130/00114 to allow use as an unrestricted dwelling.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
