Condition 9 (soft landscaping), Condition 13 (surface
water drainage), Condition 16 (archaeological work),
Condition 17 (damp proof course) and Condition 18
(noise level) of planning permission 21/04505/STPLF
- Construction of solar photovoltaic development,
installation of battery energy storage system (BESS),
energy management and grid stabilisation equipment
with landscaping, access and associated infrastructure and
erection of temporary construction compounds at Three
Cocked Hat Plantation Waplington Lane Allerthorpe
(Ref: 23/03116/STVAR)
