What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1454/FUL/AKA: Garages To Rear Of 23-25 Park Road And Land To The Rear Of 38-40, Watling Street, Radlett. Demolition of existing garages on Plot B, to enable the development of new three-storey residential apartment block comprising of 5 units (3x2 bed flats and 2x2 bed flats) to include basement and surface level parking, bin store, bike store, amenity space, associated landscaping and access from Park Road. Redevelopment of middle block approved under application 20/0384/ FUL to create 2x2 bed units on Plot A. (Revised application). Reason: Conservation Area.

23/1473/VOC/WC: Medburn Sports Ground, Watling Street, Radlett. Application for variation of condition 6 (approved plans) to allow for reduction in size to the clubhouse extension with associated internal alterations following grant of planning permission 22/1383/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.

23/1390/CLE/KG: Kendal Hall Farm, Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7LH. Retention of outbuilding for domestic storage use. Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.

23/1512/HSE/CE: Waterside Lodge, Waterside, Radlett, WD7 7DY. Single storey side extension, first floor front and rear extensions, loft extension with hip to gable roof alterations including front, rear and side dormer windows and two front roof lights. Proposed front side and rear canopy, facade cladding with timber battens and brick finish. Alterations to fenestration. Reason: Green Belt.

23/1554/HSE/ES & 23/1555/LBC/ES: The Fourtrees, Common Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8EE. Construction of a single storey rear infill extension in orangery style, with glass roof lantern. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
