Dudley - Multiple Planning Applications

THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 

The following applications have been received by the Council: 

P23/1324 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans), 3 (Tree Protection plan) and 5 (Retained trees) of planning approval P22/1511 at Priory Primary School, Limes Road, Dudley, DY1 4AQ 

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 

These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building. 

P23/1043 – The Occupier for Erection of 1 no. Dwelling at Broad Oaks, 21, Highland Ridge, Halesowen, B62 8PH. P23/1050 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent for alterations and repairs to include removal of external staircase and blocking up of door at Old Police Buildings, The Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1HF 

Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications should write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice. Please note that any comments made will be published in full on the Internet. When responding electronically, please send your comments as attachments if you do not wish your e-mail address or telephone number to be published. However, please include your name and address, the application number and site address in any correspondence/attachment sent to the Council.
