NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

Application under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) to determine whether prior approval is required for a proposed conversion of first and second floor for provision of
3 bedroom flats on each floor at 9 High Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre
Conservation Area and adjacent Listed Buildings (Application Ref. DA/23/01262/P3G)
