ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Peter Laithe Farm, Foulds Road, Trawden. 23/0719/FUL Full: Conversion of existing barn to form 3 no. dwellings with new detached garage block and associated parking and garden areas. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area. (b) 7–9 Newtown, Barnoldswick. 23/0685/FUL Full: Change of use from betting office (Sui Generis) into two self-contained flats (Use Class C3) on the first floor, mixed retail use services on the ground floor, reconstruct entrance onto the first floor and retain chimneys. The proposal is within the Barnoldswick Conservation Area. (c) The Exchange, Spring Lane, Colne. 23/0674/FUL Full (Major): Change of use to 13 no. flats for supported living accommodation with associated staff accommodation and elevational adaptations. The proposal is a Major Development. (d) Spout House Farm, Gisburn Road, Blacko. Full: Conversion of attached barn to integrate with the existing farmhouse; demolition of an existing out-building and replacement with a single-storey out-building containing a basement level, double garage, and ancillary living accommodation; erection of single-storey out-building containing home gym; erection of single-storey extension and additional storey, to farmhouse and the extension to domestic curtilage. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 1 December 2023. Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 1 December 2023; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (www.pendle.gov.uk under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
