NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/TM/0171/2023 – Proposed development at Associated Asphalt Contracting Ltd, Land at East Peckham Rail Depot, Boyle Way, East Peckham, Kent TN12 5EY.
Associated Asphalt Contracting Ltd is applying to Kent County Council for planning permission for a Section 73 application to vary condition 4 of planning permission TM/16/1563 to allow the erection of a weighbridge and new welfare and office units.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposed development may also affect a public right of way.

Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TM/0171/2023) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
