PEVENSEY – WD/2023/1926/MAJ Engineering works for the purposes of providing greater areas/variety of wetland habitats to provide environmental and biodiversity gains. Land forming part of the Sussex Wildlife Trust reserve and wider Pevensey Levels by Sussex Wildlife Trust.

ARLINGTON – WD/2023/2485/FA Proposed development on Land at Camberlot Stables, Camberlot Road, Upper Dicker BN27 3RG. I give notice that Greymoor is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission to variation of conditions 9 & 20 and removal of condition 11 of WD/2021/1308/F (erection of 9 No. dwellings, access, landscaping, and other associated infrastructure) to enable amendment of water efficiency target and modification of house type designs, together with changes to parking, landscaping and drainage. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

EAST HOATHLY WITH HALLAND – WD/2023/2516/MAJ Proposed development on Land off South Street, East Hoathly BN8 6DS. I give notice that Hesmonds Stud Ltd c/o Parker Dann is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission to erection of 20 No. dwellings (including 35% affordable), access, landscaping, and other associated infrastructure. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
