What is planned?

Notice Under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Proposed development at Land adjacent to High Post Business Park, Salisbury, SP4 6AT. I give notice that Atlas Planning Group Ltd have applied to Wiltshire Council on behalf of the owners for Hybrid planning application consisting of full planning permission for the erection of 4 buildings amounting to 7,532sqm GIA (Use Classes E(g), B2 (general industrial), B8 (Storage and distribution) with external areas, access, parking, landscaping and associated works (to include the widening of the C292, new 2m-wide pedestrian footway on the southern side of the C292, and pedestrian crossings to A345), and outline planning permission for 1 Southern Policing Hub (sui generis) amounting up to 3,900 sqm GIA (all matters reserved except access).

Any owner* or tenant** of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN within 21 days of this notice. If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the land encompassed within the application site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address.

"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).

The grant of permission does not affect owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

The grant of planning permission for non- agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
