What is planned?

OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

I give notice that AT Contracting & Plant Hire Ltd, Ate Farm, Moorbarns Lane, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4JD is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by planning permission no. MW.0003/19 (Section 73 application to vary the pre and post settlement contours for cells 1, 3, 6, 7A, 7B and 9; to amend the deadlines for the completion of landfilling, capping and restoration of cells 1, 3, 6, 7A, 7B and 9; and to make minor revisions to the position of the internal boundaries between cells 10, 11 and 11A and to the landfill sequence) without complying with condition 3 (presettlement contours) and condition 19 (restoration) in order to revise the presettlement contour plan at Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere, Buckinghamshire, MK18 4AJ.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process.

The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially.
